I loved my time at the hostel. The hostel couldn't be more centrally located. Patrick and the whole team: Judit, Yasmin, Andrew, Olly & Tahal made me feel so welcome. I felt at home and would definitely have stayed longer if I didn't already have other plans. The work was fair and I liked that my role was tailored to me and my skills. I helped with housekeeping & creating assets for the hostel social media meaning no one one day was the same. My shifts worked perfectly for me as my three days off were always grouped together, meaning I could explore other parts of Malaysia in my free time.

My time at the hostel was unforgettable. Patrick is a great host, he is always there to help and explain the given tasks. The tasks were not to hard and the working hours were super arranged, so there was always time to tour the hostel. Also other hostel staff are ready to help you. Everyone is polite and always smiling and I felt like part of a hostel family. I definitely recommend the hostel.

My first-time volunteering experience was an absolute delight! It turned out to be the best time ever. I had the opportunity to work closely with the incredible staff, and I must say, I fell head over heels in love with Malaysia because of them. Their warmth, dedication, and passion for what they do are truly infectious. It was not just volunteering; it was an unforgettable journey filled with meaningful connections and a newfound love for this beautiful country. I had the best time ever at this hostel and if I could I would stay even longer. The work was totally fair for what you get and the other team members are amazing to work with. This place feels like a home and I know I'll miss the people I got to meet here lots. I don't know what else to say besides that I absolutely recommend this place as a volunteer experience. Thank you guys for the amazing time <3

My time volunteering at the hostel was amazing. All the staff were so friendly and made me feel very welcome from the start. The hostel has a great atmosphere and is in a good location. The work tasks are not difficult and you get enough days off to explore. I couldn't be more grateful for my time at the hostel!
