The experience

A professional background in the field of social media is a must, with extensive experience in filmmaking and/or marketing. On applying to this position, please include a comprehensive portfolio in your initial message. You must be flexible, prepared to do a variety of tasks related to social media, and bring your own equipment.

Photos and small films for Instagram, Facebook and other social media

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Content Writer: Write, edit and publish inspiring content.

Photography: Take, edit and provide amazing photos.

Video Making: Create, edit and publish digital videos.

Social Media: Maintain and update social media channels.

What you get

2 days off per week

Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Hiking Tours: We’ll take you on excursions and hikes around town. For free!

Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Swedish

Over 18 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

All volunteers must be socially capable, comfortable around children and animals, and have a “lets do this” attitude. Self-initiative is very important – so is positivity!
