I had a wonderful time at Kyoto guesthouse - The staff was very welcoming and friendly. I got to practice my Japanese everyday. The housekeeping was a good job and when everyone helps it goes by faster. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy. I miss Kyoto Guesthouse! I would definitely go back :)

I loved my experience in Shiori Ann! I even came back to stay longer, because besides being a well located hostel, the job is pretty easy compared to the other experiences I’d had and the most importante thing: the staffs are extremely friendly and welcoming. It feels like a family. All of them can speak English and even if they have a hard time doing it they try as much as they can. Also, there are some long term guests who are also worth getting to know! Anyways, I’d totally recommend having an experience there. In the end I learned a lot and my heart was fulfilled ;)
