There are daily routine tasks like setting up the breakfast buffet, reception duties, feeding animals, keeping the bar stocked up, etc. Volunteers can and should also get involved, using their own skills, creativity and initiative, in the current projects ranging from gardening, marketing to decoration to general maintenance to adding new facilities.

I enjoyed a phenomenal volunteer experience at the the surf the surf the surf camp, and can recommend it without any reservations whatsoever. From my first day, I felt welcomed and respected as part of a international team of volunteers that supplement the owners and local staff. I had the opportunity to improve existing skills as well as learn new ones that come naturally as part of working at a successful surfing lodge. Lastly, living conditions and and work responsibilities were equitable from my perspective. I'm confident that I'll fondly remember my month volunteering here- the bar is set high!

Well, stayed at the the surf the surf the surf camp for 4 weeks, it was incredibly nice. I absolutely loved my time there. Everyone is always friendly and clear with all tasks you need to do and everything is well organized and clean. Also, I could join all the activities they were organizing, specially surfing. I owe a big thanks to Ollie, for taking me to the best surf spots and sharing his knowledge with me and Iris for letting me have the best experience there. Hopefully I can come back in the future.
