The experience

Welcome to our hostel, in the San Diego LGBT neighborhood with many bars, restaurants, clubs walkable to the house as well as the famous Balboa Park! We're looking for general help, and mostly with gardening, farming and handyman tasks :)

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Building & Repairing: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Beginner English

Between 18 and 29 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

I ask for approximately 2-3 hours per day across multiple chores also I like to find side projects of interest that match volunteer skills.
