The Experience
We are a newly established property in the heart of Kathmandu, Nepal. We focus more on affordability and service quality. We are open to welcome people who want to be part of our hostel helping us with our daily operations. We are looking for someone with experience in the hospitality industry. If you do not have the experience and still have a passion for the hospitality & tourism industry, it will be our pleasure to share our knowledge.

- Between 20 and 45 years old
- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)
- Be from outside Nepal

Spent a week at 32step. I was really nicely welcomed by the people there. They offered me a room for myself, which was super nice, even if the lock wasn't working so it wasn't safe for my belongings (could be opened from outside). The work was divided in two parts, with no strict schedule but basically 7-11am and 7-9pm, approximately. The work was announced as dishwashing, but honestly, it was close to non existent so most of the time was quite empty, just staying present. The host provided free food for all meals though, so it was very nice of them.
