We decided to have a volunteer programm through Worldpackers because it is an amazing tool of exchange that we can provide for our staff, our volunteers and even for our guests. We look for volunteers that are able to learn and share their knowledges and experiences with everybody. Besides that, we think that these exchanges help us to develop personal and professional growth as well as new friendships and networking opportunities.
