She has been an incredible experience in my hostal, and I m saying has been and not was, because even after leaving my place her spirit still is all over. We called her "Jefecita" which means little boss and that for something. She is intelligent, charming, trustful, proactive, dynamic and a hard worker, but above all she takes over responisibilities for both the Hostal and guests and her colleges. After a few days being with me, I felt a bit left over, she was doing her and a good part of my job better than me , so I could slow down a bit. If you are looking for somebody who is not just doing a job but somebody who is willing to manage your place, focussed on the overall picture but also on all details, she is a perfect choice. Just don't make the same mistake I did, don't let her go, its impossible to find a replacement for her ! Mary, you have a bright future in front of you, it was an authentic pleasure having met and having spent the last months with you.

This is my first experience as Worldpackers and I’ll recommend it. Alex is a great host; the hostel is very cosy and it makes you feel like home also the place is located just in the center of Madrid, so everything is near and you don’t need to use the subway. The tasks are easy and simple in order to do it without any hurries.
I’ll recomend Fun Sleep as first experience to all new backpackers.

The hostel is right in the center, what makes it easy to move around, and as everything is super close you wont even need the Metro.
the owner, Alexis, is super pleasant and will make you fell like home, the hostel is not big, what is good because you feel like a familiar enviroment and the working hours are more then fair, same for the tasks...
You Should try it, is a lovely way to know Madrid! and practice your Spanish

Alex
