If you are looking for a fun way to travel and visit (probably) the greatest City in the world, don't look any further. We offer volunteers to stay with us and explore their wanderlust! You would work 20 hours per week, from helping our cleaning staff to cooking with guests. You would live in the direct city centre. If you're friendly and open to making new friends and having new experiences, we would love to have you.

My time at the Pink Flamingo was great! The volunteer manager Hannah, was extremely welcoming and helpful prior and during my whole stay. The work and responsibilities was as expected and working with the other volunteers is really what made it so fun! The breakfast is really good and the hostel is located in a great central location. Overall the entire staff is amazing and always available to help you. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who wants to experience Leipzig!

The hostel is a great hostel to meet new people, the room is nice, the work is easy and the breakfast provided is really good. The location is in the middle of the city so it is really comfortable to walk around, I recommend the volunteer and hope to come back soon 💛

Five the hostel was really an amazing experience, Hannah is super friendly and makes sure that everything its okay with the hours planned and scheduled, the shared room with the other volunteers is quite big and it even has an outside little terrace to chill, the breakfast was amazing and the lunch was so helpful too. everyone at the hostes is so welcoming, friendly and fun, i met a lot of new friends here, leaving and saying goodbye to everyone was the worst thing, i already miss everyone there 🥹 thank you for everything

It was my first experience as a volunteer, and I couldn't have found a better place than Five the hostel in Leipzig! The atmosphere of this place is very multicultural, and there are people from all over the world. Our tutor, Hannah, is lovely, so understanding, organized, and always ready to help us with everything. The location and the structure of the hostel are amazing! The city of Leipzig is very beautiful and has many things to do, and it's only a one-hour train ride to Berlin. Thank you, everybody, for this wonderful time!

This was my first time volunteering and in couldn't have asked better. Hannah is really the kindest and she is very flexible with the shifts; that gives you the possibility to travel around Germany a little bit. Leipzig is really a lovely city and i was falling in love with it everyday more. The hostel is located in the city center so it's very convenient. But the best part of it where for sure all the volunteers / staff that I met who made my experience the best. And since you're sharing your room with them it's easy to socialize and become friends. the hostel really became like a home 🤍
