Program Details

We are looking for self-motivated people with great energy and a positive attitude to help give our long term residents a great stay.

We are not a hostel. Our rooms are rented by people living in Lisbon, so if you're a highly social person looking for a hostel environment, we are not the best fit for you. Instead, the position is perfect for independent travellers, nomads, or remote workers who are looking for a clean, comfortable place to stay in Lisbon and who don't mind a more quiet environment to "do their own thing", while still putting in their best efforts for the business.

Activities & Shift

The daily activities could include:
- cleaning of common areas including kitchen, WC, hallways, stairs
- laundry (we always have linen to wash!!)
- room visits (showing potential tenants the rooms and common areas of the accommodation)
- Administrative task (helping residents with any questions or problems that arise)
- General Maintenance (if you have the skills!)
