The Exchange

Come to Hawaii and volunteer in a community of surfers, artists, musicians, and world changers. We are a diverse group made up of people who believe in using their talents to give back to the community. We are surfers giving back. We are located 20 minutes from the North Shore, home of the World's Premier Surfing Competition.
