The Experience

Requerimos de una persona que nos ayude con las necesidades que nuestros huéspedes pueden tener. Nuestro Hostel es pequeño con 9 habitaciones pero muy acogedor, las actividades son de recepción y tareas básicas de limpieza arreglo de habitaciones según se lo requiera, turnos de 5horas diarias con dos días libres , ofrecemos hospedaje habitación del equipo voluntarios y desayuno.

Great location close to Quito city center. The work is not hard and working hours were kept at all times.

I had a great expirience in Rock & Quito, Natalia and Diego are a great host, it's a quite Hostel where you can share your travel experience and your culture with local and foreign guests from other parts of the world.

PÉSIMO!! En primer lugar cuando llegue al hostel me dijeron que los horarios eran rotativos (en la app pusieron turno nocturno) y luego me indicaron que cuando esté en el turno nocturno no puedo salir del Hostel para nada porque el del turno nocturno tiene que estar pendiente si llega una reserva a la madrugada o si algún huésped quiere salir muy temprano tipo 5 am yo tenía que abrirle ( el turno nocturno terminaba a las 22.00) al ver este abuso me puse a buscar otro voluntariado en seguida y me fui. Es un abuso lo que hacen, si necesitan personal contraten pero no abusen de los viajeros.

Nosotros no pudimos cumplir cn lo acordado en la app cn las fechas, nos estresamos ,xqe los horarios dl voluntariado son. Turno mañana 7 a 12 hs, Tarde 12 a 17, noche de 17 a 22 horas y 6 a 7 de la mañana y x la madrugada estar pendiente de la puerta, por los huéspedes , un sabado nosotros quisimos salir a bailar, dsp de terminar el turno y nos dijeron que no se podia abandonar el hostel, nos dieron cmo opción q un compañero nos cubra. Pero nosotros decidimos no salir para no molestar a nadie. Sn +d 6 horas en la noche. Y no se puede dormir bien y funciona cmo motel no me gusta eso.

No entiendo tú Concepción de “Motel “, dentro de tú pobre y mal intencionado comentario....de hecho demuestra la flojera con la que ustedes conciben a un voluntariado ya que ha sido la primera mala experiencia que hemos tenido con respecto a la aplicación. No justifiquen el querer pasar durmiendo todo el día que de seguro es lo que ustedes buscaban, además ustedes están mal utilizando la aplicación porque no son mochileros, su motivo de viaje es otro , que seguramente con la actitud demostrada dudo mucho encajen en ningún sitio...



Fiquei por 2 semanas no Rock & Quito no turno da manhã.
As tarefas são simples , minha dificuldade era o espanhol, mas Nati e Diego tiveram compreensao e paciência comigo .
Tivemos muitos momentos de risada e conexão.
Obrigada por tudo ... muito felicidades amigos!
