The hostel is really lovely, Eric is an amazing host, the job is easy and they teach you what to do, the volunteers were super nice and the staff have so much willingness to help, the only bad thing is that the is a person that if she doesn't like you (if you are a woman) is going to make you feel unwelcome.

That was my first experience as a volunteer and I found the place beautiful , surrounded by nature. Eric is always ready to help doesn't matter who and always asking the volunteers if they need something , if they like the place , etc.
If you wanna improve your English and relax in a very cute small town this is the place for you !

The experience was good! Ootmarsum is a very quiet town and maybe I got a little bored by that. However, there are many places to visit nearby, although the country is very expensive.
I'm a vegetarian and they cooked me special meals. The quality of food wasn't always good. After claiming several times, he improved quite well in the last week.
Eric is a very good host and easy to carry. Ester felt he had more connection with the boys, so much I couldn't interact with her.
My job was Housekeeping and I felt quite demanding and bad weather with the person working there.

Hotel Wyllandrie was my first host experience. Esther and Eric were very friendly to me and always patiently answered my many questions. They are hard working people but always ready with a smile or a joke.
I really enjoyed the gardener. Most of the work consisted of clearing the paths and beds, raking leaves and removing weeds. There were also a few handy man tasks.
About once a week all volunteers were invited to the bar for a drink, which I found particularly friendly.
At Easter there was a nice evening with free drinks and a family Easter brunch, thank you very much!
Thank you!
