The experience

We Just moved to open natural organic farm (south east asian plant) in Kishira -Kimotsuki town -Kagoshima Prefecture. We just find volunteers who ready for farm work or physically work , can work independently,active and fast to adapt.


What you offer

20 hours of help per week

Handyman: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.

Animal Care: Help look after and take care of animals.

Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens

Farming: Plant crops, sow seeds and help in outside tasks.


What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Tent: You will sleep in a tent at a camping site.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.


Requirements

Intermediate English or Beginner Japanese

Between 18 and 45 years old

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)


What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Schedule (volunteer work 4H/day for 5 day/ week), sample as below

7:30 -09:00 wake up & meal clean up

09:00-11:30volunteer work(2,5H)
12:00-14:00 rest &meal
14:00-15:30 volunteer work(1.5)
16:00-17:00 Japanese language

Rules

1. Wifi is not available in our house.
Please prepare before coming here.

2. Inconvenience place (20 min by car): Guests can go with us if there is something to buy in the central city. Or using the commuter bus on weekday

3. For meals, we will be shared if the volunteer helps with it. But if on holiday, please prepare yourself for everything (you can use our kitchen with some conditions due to we are Muslim). Also, we hang out for dinner guests must pay for meals for themselves(of course we'll choose casual costs)

4. We don’t give visas and documents for registration or similar to it.

5. For pickup, we'll pick you up at the nearest bus station

6. For laundry, please prepare a laundry bag to make it easier to take from the washing machine.

7. Make room always clean and tidy
(We prepare guest shelf in change room)
