The Experience

Procuramos uma pessoa realmente ativa nas redes sociais e que goste de juntar a galera e fazer atividades junto. Atividades & Turnos 5h por dia e 1 folga semanal. O voluntariado inclui uma ajuda ($)grupal semanal. Tarefas durante o turno: Fazer histórias para Instagram, fotografias de boa qualidade e vídeos para Reels. Animar os hospedes fazendo trilhas, jogos para gerar interação com eles e criar conteúdo com isso.

Hola me llamo Roro más bien @roaventuras cómo todo me conocen por mi Instagram jeje, Mochilero argentino, bueno mi experiencia con el hostel fue excelente, me ayudó mucho a mi crecimiento personal, social, dónde pude sociabilizar con muchas personas de todo el mundo, ya hace años que viajo y hago voluntariados, y este Hostel es uno de los que más huellas en mi corazón va a dejar , los anfitriónes fueron increíbles conmigo! A experiência no hostel foi incrível 💛 Max e Ricardo me deram muitas oportunidades de desenvolvimento das habilidades que eu já possuía e me ensinaram MUITAS outras. Além de me apoiarem, cuidarem e estarem sempre presentes de alguma maneira para que eu me sentisse acolhido. o hostel é um espaço lindo, com muitas plantas, muita arte, muita música, muita consciência ambiental e longe de qualquer LGBTQIA+ fobia. Nas tarefas do dia a dia você aprende a como efetuar uma limpeza de excelência com todos os materiais necessários e também a manusear um sistema muito bom de FRONTDESK.

A escolha do the hostel como primeira experiência começou por ser em Arraial, pela vibe do hostel com festas e a vaga mt massa como "ma nu ten çaum" xD além de ser bem localizado, perto de tudo, praias, comércios, rodoviária, mas obviamente, foram as amizades que deixaram a experiência tão boa e tão difícil de ir embora! Foram mais de três meses de convivências entre staffs e hóspedes, várias jornadas se cruzando, histórias, conversa boa, groselha, risadas e rolês que vão ficar guardados no coração.
