The Experience
We try to practice child lead and free range parenting approach and would hope to find someone comfortable and familiar with this. We have two young boys, and try to find two people to work together to look after both boys, to swim, play, go out walks to the beach and adventure. boys are 4 & 2. In exchange we provide all meals, access to our resort and shared tented accommodation.

Had an amazing 5 weeks volunteering at the camping. The family and rest of the team were lovely and made me feel very welcomed, the work load isn't anything crazy, it's simple and quick shifts giving you plenty of time to relax and explore. Also crazy good cheap appy spritz's down the road.

Worked 6.30am-11.30am breakfast shift and had the rest of the day off to chill by the beach and do my own online learning. Really enjoyed my work as I get to talk to guests during breakfast. Definitely took awhile to adapt to cultural differences (being the only Asian here). But after some time, the camping feels like home. Love the community they've built here and will 100% miss the delicious meals by Louisa and Arene. Host was gracious enough to adapt to my gluten allergy too, which I really appreciate. 10/10 recommend. Feel so calm and stress-free after one month of living on the island :)

Loved loved loved being at the camping! Maddie, Alexi and the rest of the family are awesome and lovely to work for, made me feel super at home. Other volunteers and staff were great and had an amazing six weeks with everyone. I worked breakfast, it's easy hospo work and gives you all afternoon off. Missing it already! Especially mango 🐕 see you next year!
