My first volunteering experience turned out to be fabulous! Totally recommend staying here. Eduardo and everyone else were very welcoming, helped with everything I needed, and work atmosphere was great. Met so many cool people here, locals and other travelers as well. Don't hesitate to apply for this position and enjoy beautiful Tulum 😎

Working at the restaurant was fun, Eduardo was understanding when I got sick and I asked for a day off. We could play our music on the TV and we'd also have lunch made by the chef. I'm gonna miss these guys, I stayed here for a month but time passed so fast

This was my first volunteer experience and I really enjoyed myself!! Everyone was lovely, Jose and eduardo helped me out with everything I needed to know and the accomodation was in a good location in Tulum town!

I enjoyed the stay at the Hostel, the Hotel and tulum as a whole. Everyone was super nice and I felt so welcomed. The Place is a Paradise , and the work is not hard at all. Its just sad that it is a bit far away from the Hostel and that the Driving possibilities to get there Are not the best. However, the host makes a lot of effort to make everything the most comfortable as it could be ;)

The hostel Administration is always open to assist volunteers and give clear information in detail. Staff is very helpful and very efficient when responding any of your questions. Thank you Alejandro for being always able to help! This is definitely the right place where every person who has hospitality skills and is willing to work for exchange of accommodation should experience at the most amazing beaches of Riviera Maya and emerge into the local culture of this amazing little Mayan jewel of Tulum. La experiencia en el voluntariado fue bastante tranquila, ya que no hubo muchos huéspedes durante esos días, pero tanto José cómo Eduardo fueron maravillosos durante mi estancia allí.

Me gustó mucho el voluntariado en el hostel! Aprendí muchísimas cosas sobre el manejo de hotel y recepción, también practiqué mucho mi inglés. El hotel queda a 40 minutos del hostal, el espacio nos presta bicicletas y nos da el pasaje para el transporte diario. Eduardo y Josechu fueron súper amables, flexibles y realmente hicieron mi voluntariado muy divertido! La negrita, el lugar en el que vivimos, también es hermoso y tiene un ambiente de viajeros muy chévere. Las labores eran fáciles y el horario me permitía salir a conocer muchos lugares que tiene Tulum ✨

Fue mi primer voluntariado y la experiencia fue agradable. Las principales tareas en limpiar la piscina y recoger las hojas, luego lo que te solicitaran ayudar. El desayuno te lo preparas tu mismo y siempre están los insumos a disposición, cuenta con WiFi y AC en las noches. Hay un centro deportivo a 2 cuadras para los que le gusta hacer deporte, jugué mucho fútbol. Las playas y cenotes están un poco lejos, pero tenemos bicicletas a disposición, son aproximadamente 30 minutos para llegar a la playa.

Con esta experiencia pude aprender mucho, por todo lo realizado, además de conocer a otras personas ,y el poder compartir experiencias de vida con otros viajeros, es un excelente lugar para eso.
