El staff y los huéspedes que conocimos en el camino, fueron impresionantes, hicieron de nuestra estancia algo increíble. Había dos Manager cuando llegamos, Pepper, una manager con una muy buena energía nos hizo sentir cómodos desde un principio (lástima que ya no está), sin embargo, la otra parte de la gerencia, tiene bastantes oportunidades para mejorar la comunicación que tiene, ser flexible y receptivo a las ideas y opiniones externas para tener una mejor convivencia entre todos. En cuanto a los horarios, siempre fueron respetados :)
