It's a great experience altogether with my co-volunteers and staff. Out host was flexible if you need some extra days for travel and we had a comfortable room which was really helpful since we're all exhausted after classes. However, it needs some serious improvement on organization- including the coordination of classes and teacher assistants, provision of materials, accuracy of references and orientation to new volunteers. I commend the genuine concern of the host to help though. But these admin tasks are critical to make the experience more valuable and rewarding. :)

It was a great experience volunteering at the organization. Dung was awesome host. We also got chance to explore the city during the stay. Will definitely recommend the organization to my friends.

I enjoyed my stay in the organization. I was initially supposed to volunteer at the center for children with disability, but arrived during the ~1 wk summer break, so I opted to teach English to different classes also. I loved teaching, especially since the students (children and adults) are really interested in the subject. The accomodations and food were very nice, as well as my housemates. Dung's family were really welcoming and accomodating. The staff were also friendly and approachable. I also love how flexible our schedules were, giving us time to explore the organization. Thank you the organization! :)

Had a great time volunteering with the organization! The kids were awesome and had a lot of fun teaching them. Also, the other volunteers were super friendly and the house atmosphere was always full of good vibes. Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to get more into teaching or just looking to have a good time and learn more about the culture in the organization while traveling :).

My experience was great specially because of amazing people I met there. It was a little frustrating for me because I applied for the organic farming project that didn't really exist. For this reason I was also doing some teaching otherwise I would be useless. The whole organization itself needs a lot of improvement, like providing material for the teachers and improving communication among manager, teachers and interns. Despite that, the kids are adorable (some are naughty, like everywhere) and Dung and his family make you fell at home. Thank you for the opportunity!
