Aprovechá para conocer Gramado, una ciudad distinta de todas las otras de Brasil, la capital nacional del Chocolate, una región de sierra, frío, fondue y etc. Necesitamos de ayuda en la organización y limpieza en general, alguien para asistir en el desayuno, alguien para organizar y armar las habitaciones. Cubrir turnos en la recepción: atención al público, recepción de huespedes, atender telefono, y responder whatsapp y redes sociales.

O hostel em si é bem tranquilo e organizado. Seguindo a vibe aconchegante e acolhedora que a cidade já tem. A localização é perfeita, avenida principal de Gramado. As tarefas são bem tranquilas . Um agradecimento especial ao Leandro quem passou as tarefas que tinha que ser feitas e estava sempre disponível qualquer duvida. Mas não só ele, todo os pessoal do hostel (Suellen, Ronaldo, Patricia, Raquel e Laison) sempre muito atenciosos e solícitos . O café da manha é o melhor do mundo, sem sombra de duvidas. Meu único arrependimento foi ter que ir embora. ❤️

Meu primeiro voluntário no hostel foi em Nov/18, onde fui bem recebida, me conectei e me senti em casa, levando a estender a minha estadia por +1 de ano. Raquel e Laison me acolheram como família, inclusive fui madrinha deles no casamento civil e vivemos muitos momentos incríveis juntos, hoje são meus amigos/familia. Passei outras temporadas: Natal Luz de 20/21, abril/22, nov/23 e agora em 24 e desde então essa é a minha casa em Gramado. Foi a melhor experiência da vida! Melhor localização, café da manhã perfeito e horários e atividades respeitados pela casa. Eu amo!

Gratidão a Raquel e Laison, ótimos anfitriões! jamais esquecerei o que eles fizeram por mim, o hostel foi uma das melhores experiências de voluntariado que fiz, fui acolhida de uma forma tão maravilhosa que nao tenho palavras para descrever, só vão vcs vão amar pois o hostel é bem no coração de Gramado, tem um excelente café da manhã e são muito flexíveis com as atividades ❤️

Experiência incrível ❤️ o hostel se tornou meu lar por um tempo, não tenho do que reclamar de nada, fui muito bem acolhida pelos anfitriões Raquel e Laison, quando mais precisei, serei imensamente grata por tudo, e sobre o hostel ótima localização, bem no coração de Gramado em frente a Borges de Medeiros, av principal de Gramado dá pra ir caminhando para muitos pontos turísticos tem um excelente café da manhã, não tem bagunça tudo muito organizado, super indico quem for vai amar ❤️🥰
