The experience

Aprovechá para conocer Gramado, una ciudad distinta de todas las otras de Brasil, la capital nacional del Chocolate, una región de sierra, frío, fondue y etc.

Necesitamos de ayuda en la organización y limpieza en general, alguien para asistir en el desayuno, alguien para organizar y armar las habitaciones.

Cubrir turnos en la recepción: atención al público, recepción de huespedes, atender telefono, y responder whatsapp y redes sociales.

What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Cleaning: Help clean the kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms and common areas.

Housekeeping: Help with changing the bed linens and general housekeeping.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

1 day off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Beginner Spanish or Beginner Portuguese

Between 22 and 34 years old

Be from outside Brazil

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)
