The experience

As our receptionist you are the first one to great all the new guests and make sure they feel welcomed. You are going to give the information the guest might need and also help during the breakfast. The reception and bar are both on the ground floor, which means that you will be a part of a social and fun atmosphere were people get together and are having a good time - which you easily can join during and after your shift

What you offer

24 hours of help per week

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

What you get

3 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.

Discounts on Tours: Get discounts for tours and excursions around town.

Free Tours: We’ll take you on tours and rides around town. For free!

Free Parties: Get free entrance for the best parties in town.

Requirements

Intermediate English or Intermediate Portuguese

Between 18 and 40 years old

Be from outside Brazil

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)

Program Details

You are going to help our receptionist to give our guest a better experience and the attention they need.

Activities & Shift

- Help the communication between the guests and the breakfast ladies during the breakfast time.
- Help to get our guests to their rooms
- Give information in general fx day trips, parties, nearest supermarket etc.
- Watch over the reception during the coworkers lunch time
