The experience

By asking for this position , you will learn about : - Do check in and out for our guests. - Update our calendar with new bookings or cancellations. - Provide information to our guest. - Book tours and shuttles for our guest. - And any other choirs that are derived from the reception management. What you offer

30 hours of help per week

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and guest assistance.

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Team Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other people.

Requirements

Fluent English or Intermediate Spanish

Between 23 and 35 years old

Be from outside Guatemala

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)

What's not included

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa

Program Details

You will be provided with a nice and smooth transition from learning to doing it your self.

Morning shift / 5 hours and 30 minutes per day, for 6 days.
