Portrush was a unique experience. My expectations were truly exceeded! The hostel is not too big, it's clean, and the work we were asked to do was what was agreed upon and what I had prepared myself for. There were no negative surprises. Colette and Philip are respectful and very caring hosts. I got to visit lots of different places in Northern Ireland, and I made good friends at the hostel and even in town. We spent lots of time in pubs together and explored the nature or other cities like Belfast or Derry. 10/10 would recommend to everyone who's willing to meet new people/places.

I really had a very good experience here. It was my first volunteering and I couldn't expect something better. Philip and Colette are so nice, kind and take care of you. The hostel is very clean and cool. You can discover the area every day after or before work, it's so beautiful. This experience allowed me to improve my English, meet new people, learn about Irish culture. It was the best experience of my life. I recommended this to everyone !!

This is the best worldpackers volunteer position you could wish for. Phillip and Collete are the sweetest people and caring to. They are very patient and fair about the work. After work we played pool with the volunteers and had an amazing time getting to know everyone in the surroundings. Everyone you meet there is open and kind. And on our last night Phillip and Collete joined us for a drink and a game of pool. I felt safe, comfortble and in conclussion just at home in Portrush. I recommend this expercience to every volunteer.

My experience was incredible. Everything is perfect there. The hostel is cute and very clean. The hosts are so kind and respectful. And the city and surroundings are wonderful. You can enjoy a plenty of time to explore the area and visit incredible places. The job is easy but in the summer is busy. I could learn different things there and improve my English. Yeah! I really liked it there. I had a great time with Philip and Colette and the other volunteers. I'm so grateful for them.

I'm so glad that I accept this volunteering, it's really was the best experience of my life. I'm really happy that I could improve my English, with Philip and Colette and the with the guest. They're so friendly, for me was so inspired, I really learned a lot of things from them, always makes us to feel as confortable as possible, the hostel it's so confortable, clean, smell good, beautiful, I used to stayed in the living romm, doing some working, whatching some TV, its a lovely place to stay on your free time. The nature around its stonic, breathetaken. highly recommended.
