Tom is a wonderful host! His boat is very comfortable and I had my own room with private little bathroom. The neighborhood is beautiful and elegant, just a short walk to Venice beach and Venice Canals, a lot of parks and amazing ocean view points. There are also plenty of stores, bars, and restaurants nearby. And the transportation to go to any other part of the city is close. Tom is very friendly, generous, and educated. I had a great time with him sailing with his friends, and going to the store in his other little boat. My time here was amazing and I definitely recommend this experience!!

My first experiences with worldpackers that I summarize in 3 words: SUPER HIGHLY RECCOMENDED! First and foremost Tom is an amazing person, very kind, generous, and respectful, he makes you feel welcomed and at home. The location is great and super close to amazing beaches. You have a bike at your disposal and many buses at 2/5 minutes walk distance. The boat is very nice and spacious, you have your privacy and the job is easy and flexible. Thank you so much Tom for the interesting conversations, for your friendship, and for an experience that will stay FOREVER in my heart! THANK YOU!

Silva was a fantastic guest. She was proactive in looking for tasks. She is super outgoing and easily made new friends and connections which she included me. On a yacht club Labor Day Cruise she made sure I was introduced to almost everyone. This was a great help for me to better become acquainted with the club members. She is welcome back anytime!!!

This was an amazing experience! I liked living on the boat and sailing. Tom was very friendly and kind. We were sailing every weekend, which was the best part of all. I saw a lot of dolphins and my wish came true. We went to Catalina island and Newport. Tom works in a kitchen in front of your room, 4-5 days a week from 7am and all day on calls with a speaker. Bring good earplugs. For short periods it's amazing.

This is a great opportunity for anyone who wants to start volunteering. Tom is a excellent person.. on Sundays we went sailing, I met some of his friends and I had the opportunity to practice my English. The work is super easy, and the location is excellent. I highly recommend this experience.

Tom is an excellent person. We went to a beautiful New Year's Eve party at the Yatch Club. I am very grateful to have had such a special New Year's Eve. The location is excellent! The closest beach (5 minutes walk) is Venice Beach, the vibe is wonderful! From there you can walk to Santa Monica Pier (20min +-), which is beautiful!! Marina Del Rey is a sensational place. By car you are an hour from Hollywood, but you can also go by bus. The tasks are super simple, just organize the boat. Working hours are respected. Recommend!
