Even though it was not a classic volunteer experience, the staying atthe host had really worthed. The staff was extremely friendly, almost entirely compound by local regular workers. The activities at the reception were similar to a normal work, which allows you to develop your English, professional skills, get in contact with worldwide guests and hotel troubleshootings. The accommodation is astounding, with a well-equiped private room, bathroom, and a spacious shared kitchen. Edinburgh's a lovely, magical, and historical place which intensely enhance and values the experience. Cheers.

This was my first volunteering experience through Worldpackers and I must admit I couldnt have chosen a better place. I highly recommend this work away experience. The work isn't hard and you truly enjoy the work, the shifts are quite easy at the reception while you practice/learn English and meet people from all over the world. They provide you great private rooms and anything you need. The staff this summer were simply the best ones ever and you can learn a lot of things from each one of them. They're very special. the hostis a wonderful city full of places to visit. Thank you DS for this.

The hostCowgate has been the most inspiring experience ever. As my first trip taken through Worldpackers it has made me have the will to continue with such breaking point experiences. The hosts were as professional as nice souls. They explained everything clearly, teaching me how to be a competent receptionist and always very comprehensive and flexible with my shifts. I have to say that all of them are really welcoming and helpful to make your stay unforgettable. They really make you feel as part of the big family ofthe host.
