Mi experiencia en la casa fue muy buena y muy recomendable! La recepción de Darcylene fue increíble, siempre atenta a lo que precisa el voluntario y ofreciendo paseos para conocer la ciudad y sus costumbres. Las instalaciones de la posada son óptimas tanto como el desayuno y el almuerzo brindado. Lo único que podría remarcar para mejorar es la diferencia de exigencia en los diferentes turnos, cuando podría ser un poco más equilibrado. Me llevo un gran recuerdo de mi experiencia en la casa!!!

A guest house é bem localizado e tranquilo, com a anfitriã buscando manter um ambiente harmonioso. A alimentação é garantida, com fins de semana dedicados à interação e diversão entre os voluntários. As instalações são boas, mas a falta de ventiladores e horários restritos para o ar-condicionado são inconvenientes. Alguns aspectos, como louças diferenciadas e horários de refeição, podem parecer elitistas e devem ser revistos e evitar tratamentos desiguais entre os voluntários, o que contradiz com a imagem positiva da anfitriã quer passar. Lugar ótimo, super recomendo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Infelizmente falta mais cuidado no trato do bem alheio. Ventilador e ar condicionado ligados 24 horas não são mais tolerados, porém das 22:00h às 6:00h é garantido o quarto refrigerado para uma boa noite de sono. Não há nada de elitismo organizar o horário do café da manhã, visto passeios agendados e poucos lugares para todos aos mesmo tempo. Injusto pré julgar a forma de tratar os desiguais. A oportunidade de se socializar, criar laços afetivos, se importar com aquele que está do seu lado e querer compartilhar momentos especiais é para todos, porém alguns preferem a sua própria companhia, com certeza estes não deixarão saudade.

O voluntariado é ótimo, o pessoal da guest house é incrível. As tarefas são calmas e flexíveis, há sempre alguém disposto a ajudar. É um voluntariado maravilhoso que permite conhecer pessoas e lugares verdadeiramente incríveis, todos são muito gentis e colaborativos.

Minha experiência na guest house foi ótima. A equipe da guest house é adorável, só tenho a agradecer pela acolhida, pela amizade e pelos momentos compartilhados, foi uma família. A equipe de voluntários também foi nota 10! A Pousada é um lugar muito calmo, um lindo jardim e na melhor localizaçâo na praia de Ponta Negra. As tarefas foram compatíveis com o divulgado, os horários foram flexíbilizados, manhã, tarde e noite. Super recomendo !
