The experience

We need a little help on daily tasks at our sourdough artisanal bakery here in Foz do Iguaçu, so I thought of maybe combining my experience of years working in local hostels and also hosting couchsurfers in my place with my new life as a baker and call out travellers for help in exchange of a good place to sleep and cultural exchange (like I said, I worked at hostels for years, so I know what I mean).

Activities & Shift

Pretty flexible, but mainly 5 hours a days, 2 days off a week.
Help with daily tasks such as doing the dishes, general cleaning and organization of the kitchen, bread shaping, easy preparations and baking goods in general.

Rules

There'll be several sanitary rules we all must follow for working in a kitchen in general.
It's a family house, so there must be a certain respect to noise at night, as well as the organization and cleanliness of the place.
