Prema was allways attentious to our needs. I had a really nice time in Varsana Eco Village, the Hare Krishna culture there is very intetesting and the people very welcoming! The food is also great, every meal I took was different, and vegetarian with organic products everytime. If you have the opportunity I cannot recommend enough the Temazcal experiencie on sundays, it was one of the highlights for me! Thank you for everything :)

I think Varsana has the potential to be a special place, however in order to do so they need to improve some things.
First it's important to mention they're a Krishna community, which isn't mentioned in their description. This can be a shock if you're not familiar with the culture, but, they're welcoming and you're invited to learn as much as you want.
While I really liked the eco farm, I had originally applied to work on marketing and I was not given any instructions or resources to work on this.
I got ill and didn't receive any care from them which I think is not acceptable.

We enjoyed our two week stay at Varsana a lot. The work was varied and interesting, the food was good and the yoga was great. New volunteers should be aware that if you want to do a tour of the grounds or take a Spanish class you have to ask for it, as they don't just offer it. Criticisms would be that we applied to do skilled work like photography and social media but we were given tasks like gardening and construction, which was alright just misrepresented. Also, they should put a cap on volunteer numbers as the experience is not pleasant when there is too many. The showers were terrible.

I Just want to say thank you Varsana, this days was so incredible!
When we make voluters job, learning too much about the Colombia culture and Krsna religion.
But something that i never forget its about how can we be happy without too much money or material things. Just with love and passion for the people and life. Continue this construction, the people need to know what it's like to be happy having a simple life
Gracias a todos los devotos!
