We are looking for volunteers to come and help us during the season. Gardening and housekeeping are the main tasks. We are looking for people who are responsible and willing to make this place always a little Have an unforgettable evening while listening to live music and participating in spontaneous jams and skate sessions. An open bar, an outdoor pool, a skateboarding bowl surrounded by nature, and awesome views makes it unique.

My experience in Boavida the guest house was my first Worldpackers experience. Overall it was a positive experience: the other volunteers and all crew members were nice and helpful, an amazing “melting pot” of people from all over the world. The amount of work was good and the tasks are not hard, it's mainly about cleaning dorms, beds and common aereas. I had a lot of free time to enjoy beaches (which are good spots to surf and not far away from the hostel). I enjoyed every second here, in Boavida the atmosphere is magical, a lot of good vibes and good people! Thank you

The guest house is a place out of time and space, lives in his own microuniverse and when you get into it you're kind of swallowed in this magic bubble. in a Month that I spent there every week we were improving, making the place look nicer, helping each other, cook together, deep diving in his vibes and enjoying this unique part of the world. Volunteers and workers are all of them the best, looking to come back soon!

It was my first experience and it went beyond my expectations. A little bit confused at the beginning because most of the old staff quitted but in really few days I felt this place like home and the people like family. It gave me a lot of magic moments and new emotions. The work was super fair and you can have a lot of free time to enjoy all the nature that surrounds you :) Thanks for having me!

Volunteering at BoaVida was my first experience with Worldpackers and it did not disappoint. First of all the location is amazing it's truly a little paradise! The work is managable and they really respect the hours agreed upon. There was a weekly staff meeting which was great to keep an open line of communication. I wouldn't change anything about my experience. The other volunteerss and staff were phenomenal and they were so welcoming, kind, helpful and fun.

Apply to as many positions as you like, and get in contact with hosts.
If a host thinks you’re a good fit for their position, they’ll pre-approve you.
Get your documents and tickets ready for your volunteer trip.
Confirm your trip to enjoy all of the safety of Worldpackers.
Have a transformative experience and make a positive impact on the world.

After volunteering, you and your host exchange reviews.
With positive reviews, you’ll stand out to hosts and get even more benefits.
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
