The Exchange

1. Settle on an own project that will impact positively on the children, youth or women at the Makuyu Empowerment Center e.g. fabrication and installation of solar lighting, streetlights, etc. 2. Plan and implement any educational, fun, or entertainment activities at the Center. 3. Plan event to showcase the extent of the success of his/her community project at the end of the placement.


Title

25 hours of help per week

Social Work: Help the local community.

Teaching Languages: Give language lessons to guests or local community.

Administration: Help with booking systems and payments.

Reception: Help with check-ins, check-outs and attend to guests.

NB: For this position, we are looking for a person with a unique skill; hobby or talent that they believe would be relevant to teach to young African kids and youth.
