The hostel is a fun hostel with lots of character. The work was straightforward, the hours were respected, and the food was tasty. Like any workplace though, there are some downsides. Some of the full-time workers could make you feel unwelcome at times, though the vast majority were kind and respectful. The staff house is also in undesirable conditions, but management has hired someone to look into the issues. Overall it was a good experience, gracias a todos.

¡Mi estadía en el hostel me encantó! El hostel es hermoso, está bien ubicado y tiene una buena vibra de viajeros mochileros. Conocí a personas increíbles que espero volver a verlas en la vida, practicé un poco mi inglés, trabajé en el bar haciendo caipirinhas brasileñas para los gringos, fui a fiestas con el staff y fue muy divertido. Seguro que me quedaría más tiempo y si regreso a Cusco los visitaré algún día 💛

Meus dias em the hostel Águas Calientes foram mágicos. O Pueblo tem uma energia tão incrível que não dá pra explicar. O hostel é lindo, tem um terraço que era meu lugar favorito. O staff não poderia ter sido melhor, nos receberam super bem, o Andrés que é o responsável foi um querido, sempre atencioso com tudo, com todos, senti que ganhei uma família. Quanto às atividades, são super organizadas e muito tranquilas. Só gratidão a toda família the hostel, Mateo é um cara de uma vibe muito boa e muito querido também. Irei sentir saudades de estar com vocês, obrigada por tudo! 💚

A experiência com o hostel foi incrível. Esse foi o meu quarto voluntário e até agora, o melhor. Mateo e Andrés foram muito atenciosos e o pessoal do staff nos receberam muito bem. O hostel tem uma atmosfera divertida e as pessoas são maravilhosas. Fiquei na limpeza e no café da manhã. As atividades em geral foram tranquilas e são organizadas de acordo com as habilidades de cada pessoa. Os voluntários recebem o mesmo café da manhã oferecido aos hospedes e o almoço é excelente. O Pueblo é bem pequeno, mas muito divertido, seguro e tranquilo. Recomendo a todos!
