The experience

We host artists retreats. There’s a music room & a tiny theater in the chateau. You will be accommodated in a dorm, shared bathroom, in the outhouse. All our workpackers are invited to participate in our daily life at the chateau: meals, movie nights in the private theatre, conversations after work, etc. You don’t have to eat with us, but you are welcomed to two meals. We eat simple, healthy food. We take turns for cooking.

What you offer

25 hours of help per week

Web Developer: Help develop and maintain websites.

What you get

2 days off per week

Shared Dorm: You will have a bed in a shared room, which means you will share the same room with other travelers.

Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.

Dinner: You are entitled to a free dinner, every day of your stay.

Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.

Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.

Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

Intermediate English

Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or pairs)

Program Details

Get a glimpse at our creative life: an amazing adventure of renovating a chateau and making it bloom and thrive to host artists and travelers! During a few hours per day, you'll help us with many diverse and inspiring tasks (according to your skills). There's web, social media and marketing work, but also renovation, gardening or organizational tasks for everyone!

Activities & Shift

You can chose to work morning or afternoon, 5 days a week. According to your skills and preferences, we will decide in advance upon the global expectation of your stay for both parties!
