The Experience

Our position is ideal to give a lot of free time and plenty of opportunity to get plenty done in the morning or just sleep in. We work on eight day shift patterns (the last two days off). Two of our shifts are cleaning and making beds in our hostel and in our private apartment complex (4 days), and the next two days before your free time is our reception shift. These days are a little long (8-22), but we make sure to provide a little extra

Brazil

I've had great time during my stay on Mandala Hostel. The tasks are very simple and well defined. I had a lot of free time to myself. I will definitely go back and do it again.

The Hostel is located in an amazing part of the city, has several sightseeing options.
The work was not at all difficult and everyone was always there to help me with everything I needed.
Trey it is super friendly and patient.
Thank's Mandala Hostel.

First, I'm sorry for your experience with us and wish to have been informed more prior to your untimely departure. I believe our unique stay experience can be reflected in our reviews on other platforms. Our staff flat is shared with a dog and two cats of the hostel, mattresses which are on the floor, as are our guests beds, as well. Our bathroom is able to be used, but we do use the shower facilities at the hostel, so I apologize for any inconveniences there. As for the personal comments, I apologize for you feeling discriminated against. At the time of your departure, our entire staff was Latin American, so I find it difficult to understand. Fabian's feedback, which can be seen below, seems to reflect a different experience. I did my best to provide you directions to destinations, information regarding SIM cards and gyms, and other content regarding the longer duration of stay in Budapest. I am sorry to hear of your further troubles in later positions in the city, but I wish you nothing but the best and hope you have found a placement that suits you more.
