Experience isn't necessary but a positive outlook and being friendly and helpful to our guests is a must! We work with you to make sure you are given the resources and training needed to do the tasks assigned. Some Spanish a huge plus!

I can for sure recommend this! LaPalmita is located perfectly in Tulum. The whole team is lovely and helps you out when in need. I loved the shared dorm (it has been the best so far).

Estar en el hotel fue sin duda la mejor opción y experiencia que he tenido, absolutamente TODO el personal del hotel ha sido bastante lindo desde que llegamos hasta que nos fuimos. Nos enseñaron bastantes cosas que sin duda jamás olvidaré y se siento como estar en familia . las instalaciones son buenas y limpias. Muy recomendable, sobre todo para aquellos que van a hacer su primer voluntariado!!
