We want to open our farm for a Worldpacker experience in April-June. The volunteers will get a large farmhouse to themselves with 4 private bedrooms. The help will depend on the weather and the skills and interest of the volunteers. It will be carpentry on the barn/outhouses, painting, gardening activities, help in our organic herb garden,
25 hours of help per week
Handyman: Help with a wide range of repairs or building.
Gardening: Help grow plants and cultivate gardens
2 days off per week
Private Room: You will have a bed in a private room. In other words, a room just for you.
Breakfast: You are entitled to a free breakfast, every day of your stay.
Lunch: You are entitled to a free lunch, every day of your stay.
Free Laundry: You can use our laundry room freely.
Bikes at your disposal: You can use our bikes any time you want.
Pick Up: We will pick you up when you arrive, and take you to our property.
Language lessons: Take free language classes at our place.
Use our equipped kitchen: Feel free to use our kitchen and make your own delicious food.

We very much appreciate your help with our farms. The tasks will be varied and we will adjust them to your skills and interests. Most of the help will be outside and can be things like:
* General maintenance/renovation of the buildings on the farms such as carpentry, cleaning, and painting.
* Sanding & refinishing wooden floors in one room (only if you have experience with this)
* Gardening on the farms (cut hedges, weeding, etc)
* Help in the organic herb garden
* Tidying up yard/outhouses/attic
* Forestry work (Maintainance of young forest (cut trees that grow too close to each other. This will be a great opportunity to learn and get hands-on experience if you are interested in forests)
* Beekeeping (We have two hives and make honey)
* Cleaning and making the house ready for the tourist season
The volunteers have to keep the house they live in tidy and clean themselves.
No smoking inside the house.
No party in the house.
Many worldpackers have been applying to this position recently. The host will probably not be able to respond to all of the applications, so we recommend that you also apply to other hosts in our community and not just this one :)
