I was supposed to stay at LemonRock for a month but left after a week. The Hostel itself is beautiful and if you like people and action this is the place for you. I knew before that there would life music every night and it's a popular place with a bar and a restaurant so it's always loud. What made me leave is the vibe I got from some of the staff, I didn't feel welcome at all. And my Spanish was not good enough to work with the crew. Carlos the Boss/Host was extremely nice and understanding about it tough! If you like to socialize, have a good level of spanish and like cleaning try it.
Besosss
It was my first experience on Worldpackers and it was amazing, I would really recommend it.
The job is very light and easy, the timeline is flexible and you have plenty of free time to relax or visit the city, which is gorgeous.
The people I met are amazing! They're very welcoming and fun people, the only problem is that you have to have at least a basic level of spanish because the people in charge of the volunteers only speak spanish, but I'm so happy because I could improve my language skills!
Our hostel is an exquisite new hostel and bar which recently opened at the very center of Granada and is located in a beautiful and recently renovated 17th century manor house. It also features a cozy Bar, and a Restaurant offering cuisine by our wonderful chef. The cuisine is developed from traditional dishes uniquely designed for ours. People can enjoy international cuisine and vegetarian, vegan and Asian touches as well. Every day during ...About the host
