Foi uma experiência boa voluntariar para o hotel. Os horários e folgas são respeitados, o lugar onde se encontra o hotel é super tranquilo, eles disponibilizam café da manhã farto e alimentos para os packers consumirem durante a semana. O jairo sempre tá a nos ajudar da melhor forma. As atividades são tranquilas, porém exige pró-atividade e agilidade para algumas das funções, algo que poderia vir a melhorar seria o quarto dos voluntariados, pois é pequeno para acomodar 6 pessoas, e para acessar o quarto precisamos subir por uma escada na parede.

No hotel, o quarto do packer é pequeno, 6 pessoas em apenas 12 metros quadrados, tem um cheiro horrível (durante um mês e meio faltou água das 22h às 5h), para subir ao quarto tem que escalar uma escada (literalmente). Eles não respeitam o que foi combinado, recomendo deixe registrado tudo por whatsapp. O hotel fica em uma área muito segura, mas longe de tudo. O proprietário usa o aplicativo para conseguir mão de obra barata. Não recomendo e não pretendo voltar.

A experiência no hotel foi bacana. O gerente foi muito simpático. A convivência com outros packers foi o melhor, tivemos uma ótima interação. O café da manhã no hotel é excelente, e também são disponibilizado alimentos para os packers fazerem suas próprias refeições durante o dia. As funções dos voluntariados são várias, como preparar refeições para os hospedes e em alguns momentos precisam lidar com pressão para conseguir atender todos ao mesmo tempo. O quarto é um ponto que poderia ser melhorado, é extremamente pequeno (apesar da semelhança, não é o msm da foto) para 6 pessoas.

Durante as festas de fim de ano, renovei minha estadia no hotel e contribuí para a organização e reparos necessários. Sou muito grato pela hospitalidade excepcional durante esses dois meses. André foi incrível, nota 10!
