We request $100 usd security Deposit which you will get back at the end of your voluntering time if everything is ok. if you leave before the time we agree you lost your deposit .

Help us to improve the best experience for our guests We always need help to show their rooms and beds. You will be an ASSISTANT so you have to help with the luggage, explain about activities and what happens in our hostel. The work time depend the operation of front desk but always at afternoon You have to be an active person cause we have to bring the best and fast service Come to our team to enjoy the best place of Cancun.

It was my first time doing volunteer work and I'm really grateful that I was able to work at this hostel. I had a lot of fun, working as a the hostel promoter was really cool, especially over Spring Break, and the other staff and volunteers were always very friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean and tidy and if there's ever a problem, there's always someone you can talk to. I would definitely recommend the hostel to anyone who wants to have a good time in Cancun!!:)

This was my first volunteering experience, it was so much fun! I was the beach concierge and literally just took people to the beach. The team of volunteer really made my trip special, we all became great friends. If you are signing up for this I recommend you check there will be other volunteers there with you otherwise you might get a bit lonely and bored. All in all an amazing experience and would love to go back there

I came to this establishment without much expectation. The more time passed by, I was completely surrounded with colleagues that were very supportive. I also made sure to have to make the most of this experience. We not only complemented each other well, we had an amazing time cracking jokes . If there is a situation that I didn't like, I would communicate to the people in charge. I was put to the task of helping at the front desk. My job was to explain to the guests our amenities and give them information about Cancun's whereabouts.

Best volunteering experience ever! Got to meet travelers and volunteers from all around the world. Loved meeting the other volunteers, it made me feel like I was at home with my little family. The hostel facilites and the location were perfect, very centric from the beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend if you want to get to know new people and to the hostel have fun :) Very grateful with Carlos for the great opportunity, any problem I had he would help me solve it in a timely and efficient manner.

I loved my time here at the hostel! The work was really fun and the hours are always respected. The managers here really work to make sure you have an amazing experience and get to explore everything Cancun has to offer. Working here was like being a part of a big family and I'm so glad I got the chance to be a part of it :)
