The Experience
Have you ever wanted to take a break from your current life, experience a new part of the world, and live and breathe a growing hostel project? As a Human Leader, you will have the opportunity to spend 4 weeks staying in our new hostel in Merida, Yucatan. In return, you will be in charge of making our guests have a great time, be that through leading activities, helping out at the reception, or simply cotorreando! Learn how to be calm.

- Only hosts solo volunteers (doesn’t accept couples or partners)

Perfect place if you would like to practice English French or Spanish. The host are great people who. They make you feel like if you were at home. Facilites are in great condition and there's a great ambiance in the hostal. Location it's and nice neighborhood close to the downtown.

It was such a great experience for volunteering. Mérida is such a nice place to experience with the local culture. Everyone in the hostel's family are so nice and friendly. The tasks and distribution is fair and easy. Would definitely recommend it if anyone plans to go to Yucatán.

I really loved my stay!! The hostel and the location is amazing!! Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to get in touch with travelers all over the world:)🤩🤟🏼 The staff there is super friendly and the tasks are easy and also fun to do! Personally I would also recommend to people who cannot speak Spanish or want to learn. It was no problem for me to be a host without speaking Spanish! And you also learn Spanish during your stay! Would come back every time! 🧡🧡🌊 See you soon!🥰

As my second volunteering it was an amazing experience at this hostel, it felt like my second home , the staff were so nice and warm welcoming, met a lot of new friends from all over the world, the city was so interesting and beautiful as one of the city to explore the mayan culture and ofcourse party whenever needed 🤩. for sure would recommend this for everyone ❤
