I'm looking for two things if you can choose. 1. A helper from 12pm to 3pm which is cleaning time for our hostel. to clean our 7 rooms and changing the bed sheet helping our housekeeper. no need for laundry. 2. A night shift from 12am to 3pm to take care of guests who arrive after midnight. You can use our kitchen if you want to cook here.

I would love to recommend this place! You do not stop to learn, starting from the multicultural backpackers and finishing with the amazing cooking lessons that you are more than welcome to join! The duties are so easy going, you do not get bored of them as you help with different task every day. They said 2 hours and this is what you do! They truly respect the timings.
On the other hand, the team, Specially Nene & Pim (Reception), Vew (Housekeeper men) and Rachel (One of the Chef's) where wonderful, they answer all your questions upon your arrival and they treat you like family!

This is the best hostel I've ever seen in Bangkok, this place makes Bangkok more beautiful. Everyone here is great. We often cook, drink, chat, stay with them, as if we met for a long time.

I really enjoyed my experience at Hom Hostel for many reasons: 1) The environment is great, especially if you are a food lover, cause this place is all about food! They have a wonderful kitchen and an organic garden where you can learn and cook yourself. 2) People work with love - it's a big family with a strong sense of collaboration and always helping each other... Nene, Bew, Pim, Toon... some many nice people you are going to meet at Hom!
3) The work is super easy and you don't even feel time passing 4) Beds are great to sleep and the place is super clean. I super recommend!!!!
