The Experience
Since we are both a hostel and a bar, we need volunteers who are flexible and open to a variety of different tasks. Some of the things we need help with are reception, housekeeping, creating a nice atmosphere for guests, and helping out at the bar during events. If you have any special skills you would like to share with us, we are happy to hear about them!

It was a great volunteer experience at the hostel, Rino is a nice guy who will make you feel comfortable. Lots of music events at the hostel you can attend which helps meeting new friends and locals. :)

An incredible experience. The most comfortable hostel I've ever been to, and Rino (the owner) is very patient and flexible. the hostel behind the hostel is the perfect place to meet people and have fun, not to mention that the hostel is very well located, right on the most touristic street in the city. Volunteering at the hostel was such a great experience. The team there is so warm and welcoming - they really make the day-to-day tasks easier and are always ready to have some fun. The work can be challenging if you're the only volunteer, as it involves things like laundry, ironing cleaning beds. They always have amazing parties and events on the weekends, so you'll get to connect with people from all over the world and have an absolute blast. Jade, the manager, was exceptional, we can't recommend this opportunity enough so grateful for the one and a half months spend there. Nano & Pao.

Volunteering at the hostel was great! The work was very reasonable and the hours were always respected. It was awesome getting to know the staff as well as talk to all the guests as they passed through the hostel. Since the hostel has a the hostel attached, there's events most weekends which is a great way to hang out more with the staff, but also get to meet people who live in Shkodër
