We strive to inspire each visitor to relax, enjoy and explore ways in which they can incorporate the concept of sustainability into their own lives. We need volunteers to help at the Ranch, especially with experience in bartending. Additionally, we offer a Community Program to children and youth of El Castillo. This program includes Arts, Music and soccer trainning, so volunteers with these skills can take part or this program.
36 hours of help per week
Arts: Professional painting, sculpting or drawing.
Music: Perform to entertain guests or community.
Bartending: Serve and maintain the supplies and inventory of beverages.
1 day off per week
Shared Dorm: Be ready to meet people while staying in a shared dorm.
Breakfast: Get your free breakfast, the most important meal of the day.
Lunch: Free lunch is served y'all, get yours!
Dinner: Have your free dinner before going to bed.

Flights, Travel Insurance, Internal Transportation and Visa
Volunteers work an average of 6 hours a day, 6 days a week in exchange for room and 3 fresh meals each day, for a minimum stay of 4 weeks. If a person decides to leave before completing the program, there will be a fee per night.
Volunteers are required to have a travel insurance during their stay at the Ranch.
Helping at the bar, serving beverages, and cleaning.
If the volunteer has some Art skills will be offering some Art sessions or performing for our guests and community.
No alcohol or smoking allowed at the Bunkhouse.
Pools are for guests only.
Excess of alcohol or drug using is a reason of dismissal of the program.
