Flame really lives up to her name; a brave, energetic and motivated person not afraid to chase her dream of building a the school in a small town that hasn't seen such an exciting thing in the past 20 years, perhaps! My stay was influenced by a foot-injury, which did restrict my ability to move around and properly doing the work. Flame was really considerate about this - she genuinely prioritized my health over getting the work done, and that felt heartwarming :) I would've loved to contribute more, as I really liked doing the work - I recommend this to any other volunteer!

Flame is kind, energetic, and welcoming, with a cheerfulness that makes you feel right at home. The living space is beautiful and the town is incredibly charming. She ensures you are never hungry, that the work is not too challenging with plenty of breaks, and overall she creates an infectiously positive environment. It often felt more like being with a good friend! She is a fantastic teacher, very easy and relaxed to work with, and it was a real pleasure to live together. Living at the school was a dream and I'm very keen to return! Thank you, Flame, for this beautiful experience!

Flame is an awesome and helpful host! She really cares about the volunteers and is 100% there, if there is a problem! She has great knowledge about activities in this area and is ready to help with that! She is very kind, the food is very tasty, the support is unbeliveble huge <3 It is a really good stay if you aren't so sensitive with your sleep. Looking forward to see the school again 💫

I am grateful and happy for the opportunity to have participated in the school project. I learned to carpint, to paint walls, to swallow fire, I did a silks show and learned more poi. Flame was a great hostess, and was clear about what should be done, and had a good vibe! The house is very old but very charming too, I slept very well every day and ate very well too. the school is a project that involves the residents of the city who support the project, and some even participate in the show. They are very welcoming people that makes you feel home. Thanks for everything Flame!
