It was such a pleasure to be back in Edinburgh and at the hotel! Loved seeing the animals again, enjoying all the great food, and, as always, being around the friendly and welcoming staff. Huge thanks to Olga and Mr. Cran for having me back and for all the hospitality. Work was busy but easygoing, and there was still plenty of time to walk around and enjoy how gorgeous the city looks in autumn. Definitely a place worth coming back to. See you next time!

The location of the hotel is strategic, I was able to visit many places! And Olga will welcome you as part of the family, making sure that you do not lack anything and encouraging you to tell her what you need. Thank you Olga for the hospitality, patience, cooking for me and teaching me English and about life itself haha! Olga's team is very friendly... I made good friends. The work is as intense as you make it. And the room separated by curtains is very comfortable. I usually use headphones to isolate myself more. But the team was always careful not to make noise in the morning.

This experience at the hotel has been magnificent. The job does not require previous experience, just some skill. Regarding meals, they provided us with the 3 daily meals mentioned in the offer, as well as offering us snacks throughout the day. On the other hand, the room where we sleep becomes a passage area for the workers during working hours and a living area for the animals, but everyone respects the volunteers' private area. The volunteers' bed is covered with curtains to maintain privacy. The workers and the hosts were very kind to us at all times and treated us like family.

Olga is a lovely person, very attentive and she makes an effort to make you feel at home. We have loved all the stories she has told us, we have learned a lot from her. They offer a lot of varied food, and have food available all day long. We recommend that the volunteers are very used to living with animals, as you will have to spend a lot of time with them, and one of the dogs is a bit more complicated. If you know how to deal with animals, this experience is perfect for you. This volunteering has been a wonderful experience. The people at the hotel have been like a little family to us.

I'm so glad i had the chance to stay in the hotel. The place is very well located, the accomodations are great and the staff makes you feel like family, always taking good care of you and making sure you had all the meals. I didn't had the chance go meet the host Olga, but she kept in contact with me about my work and to make sure i had all the meals or that i was being well treated. She seems like an amazing woman, who takes such good care of the pets and the house. If you love animals, this place is perfect. I'm gonna miss all the dogs and specially Kisya and the white cat!!!
