Mostramos nossas práticas sustentáveis aos visitantes, fazemos degustação assistida dos cafés e servimos café da manhã e brunch aos sábados. Durante a semana produzimos cafés especiais. Você poderá nos ajudar no atendimento, trabalhando na cozinha e no restaurante aos sábados. Colaborando no atendimento dos visitantes. Durante a semana poderá ajudar na produção dos cafés.

Ser voluntário no cafésal o sítio foi um sonho. O lugar é maravilhoso e as pessoas são ainda mais. Donna Márcia e Tuffi me fizeram sentir em casa, junto com os outros voluntários, não é óbvio encontrar um ambiente assim. Eles me ensinaram muito sobre o café especial e me contaram sobre histórias e tradições desse pequeno canto do mundo, que era o que eu estava procurando. Foi uma experiência maravilhosa. Mais uma vez, muito obrigado.

D. Márcia é uma anfitriã totalmente acima do esperado, acolhedora e comunicativa e adora passar um tempo com os voluntários. O trabalho é e super bem conversado e as horas divididas conforme necessidade . O sítio tem uma estrutura fabulosa para a recepção de voluntários. O aprendizado que tive nesse período foi incrível.

Vivir en el cafetal fue un sueño, recomiendo la experiencia a toda persona que desee conectar con la naturaleza y la producción de café en un entorno rural. Marcia y su equipo de trabajo: Tufi, Neidy, Lu, Giovanni... están con el corazón abierto y a disposición para ayudar a que la experiencia sea increíble. Los horarios fueron respetados y el intercambio de trabajo es justo, la zona es muy linda y llena de paisajes, árboles, animales y frutas que enamoran. ¡Recomiendo muchísimo, gracias infinitas!

Voluntariar no the farm foi magnífico, desde os primeiros contatos com Márcia e Tuffi, a hospitalidade e dedicação dos dois com os voluntários e com as demais pessoas. Me sento da família, ao mesmo tempo aprendi muito sobre café e maneiras corretas de ter uma excelente bebida. O sítio é confortável, para chegada tem ônibus que passa na porta, o contato com a natureza é magnífico l, a cozinha sempre à disposição e o trabalho muito tranquilo. Foi uma troca significativa para mim, minha vida e meu trabalho. Gratidão por estes trinta dias e quero voltar e viver um pouco mais a magia do café
