Passar esse tempo voluntariando no hostel foi muito bom. O horário é super flexível, as atividades são simples, o hostel é muito bom e tranquilo, fui bem tratada por todos e com certeza recomendo o voluntariado. no hostel temos uma experiência ótima e leve, onde o conceito de voluntariar é muito bem entendido e repassado. Voluntariar no hostel foi maravilhoso! A melhor localização da Barra, em frente a melhor praia e quartos enormes com ar condicionado. Só estava faltando a maquina de lavar roupas. Perto de mercado e tudo o que precisar. Fred um anfitrião massa, ótimo de comunicação sabe ouvir as idéias e delegar as funções da melhor forma. Horários flexíveis e as funções é manter o hostel organizado. Fora os voluntarios tem equipe de limpeza, recepção e gerência. Amei voluntariar no hostel e super indico. Gratidão Fred.

O hostel tem localização, vista, estrutura e uma organização excelente! A tarefa principal é de relações públicas, você terá que socializar e unir o grupo para que os hóspedes tenham uma experiência de hostel, mesmo com aqueles mais tímidos, considero importante identificar se algum deles tem dificuldade com a língua portuguesa e apresentar as pessoas que falam inglês pra que o hóspede não se sinta sozinho. Dava uma geralzinha nos banheiros pra manter limpo e cheiroso após o horário das faxineiras, o que facilita demais as demandas de limpeza. Todos da equipe são uns amores! Gratidão o hostel ❤

Esse tempo que passei no the hostel foi incrível! Todos da equipe do hostel são pessoas maravilhosas que levarei para sempre no meu coração! Os hóspedes são bem tranquilos também e consegui fazer amizades duradouras. As instalações do hostel são excelentes, muito limpas e confortáveis. Os horários são respeitados e as tarefas são tranquilas! Espero voltar em breve como hóspede para curtir o Carnaval 🤣 (a localização do hostel é uma das melhores que já fiquei na vida). Nota 1000.
