The Exchange

All Cats gather together to restore this rusty old ’74 Peugeot and convert it into an vintage sleeping vehicle! Including cupboard storage space and romantic lights for our guests! This cozy cat cabin will be the sparkling sleeping space for our romantically nomadic community members that want to rest their heads on something classy with a story. We plan to clear out the inside of the vehicle and make it into an super pimped up little bedroom.

Program Details

Thirty years ago the Captain's father traveled from Holland to the Cat Farm in Poussan France.
All he owned was inside this ’74 Peugeot 404. He is the founder of this beautiful space near the sea.
Ten years later, in the nearby village of Sete, to his great shock, he discovered people gathered around the spot where he had parked his car – as it had plunged into the canal! (“he must have forgotten the break…”)
The broken old car was taken out of the canal by divers a taken on a trailer back to the farm in Poussan, where she now gathers rust and some lush vegetation.
The restoration and transformation of the old car is not just a community project, but an effort to bring its story back to life as a character who is part of the Cat Farm ( just like the souls who venture here )

Activities & Shift

Urgently looking for Cats with electrical experience and/or carpentry experience to help put lighting and electrical points and woodwork in the car.

-Everyone pays 5€ per day to buy food & basics (inc. some wine)
-Sleeping bag & towel is mandatory!
-A tent is great to have since we don't always have enough space :)
