I spent three weeks at Geoversity, and it has truly been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. Learning about sustainable practices and composting and being part of such an impactful project, was unlike anything I've ever done before. The food was incredible—Esmerelda and Angel are both outstanding cooks! While the work could be challenging at times, the hours were always respected. I left feeling physically stronger, more knowledgeable about Panama and the sustainable practices, and grateful for the many wonderful friendships I made along the way.!

I have stayed in Geoversity for 4.5 weeks. The first week I needed to adapt to the lifestyle a bit and need to get used to the Spanish. After I got adapted and got more comfortabel in speaking Spanish it made the experience much much better. Big shoutout to one of the fixed workers called Angel, who became a friend for life. Really thankful for all the things Mark and Nico learned me; I would definitely recommend volunteering at this place, it creates core memories for life!

Truly an experience like no other! I was the only volunteer there so I felt quite content with our almost instantaneously natural daily routines. Esme and the children are adorable and caring(Esme can throw down in the kitchen),my native bestie Adri was my tour guide they helped me actually get adjusted to living outside (in a good way! you get used to the natural noise machine) & Kandi and Nico were so patient when trying to teach me (very necessary and needed). The work isn't tough but works up an appetite, and your free time is fully yours to do whatever -I chose a hammock+book most days.

I would really recommend volunteering at Geoversity! It was my first volunteering experience and I really enjoyed myself. It was a great learning experience and the work we had to do varied a lot, so every day looked different. Also the staff and the other volunteers made my time here even more enjoyable. It's a beautiful location and you get the opportunity to learn so many new thing about nature, permaculture and bamboo.

Geoversity is a once in a lifetime volunteer opportunity. I highly recommend spending time here. From the other volunteers to the directors, everyone makes you feel you are at home. Both times I have volunteered here in Mamoní, I have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. You are truly living life outdoors in the jungle, working in the garden, helping in the kitchen, and learning about permaculture. The three meals offered daily are always delicious, and you have plenty of time to relax and enjoy the nature. Thank you Mark and Kandi!
