Estoy muy feliz de haber vivido en el camping! Todos los trabajadores y el dueño son muy amables! Me invitaron a hacer paseos en barcos, tienes un lugar muy cómodo para dormir, comer y hacer actividades como Kayak y sup. El trabajo es tranquilo, se cumple con todo lo que está descripto. Hay buena organización y administración lo que hace más fácil el trabajo. el camping es un lugar tranquilo y pacífico para disfrutar de la naturaleza. Gracias por todo Patricia!!

Minha primeira experiência de voluntariado foi incrível. A localização era ótima, com trilhas, praias e mercados próximos, o que facilitou o dia a dia. Além disso, sem obrigação, eles ofereciam um valor simbólico para compras, tornando tudo ainda melhor. Fui muito bem recebida pela Patrícia e seu namorado, o que tornou o início da experiência especial. O cachorro Chilli era divertido, mas às vezes se aproximava de forma brusca. Perto do fim, a dinâmica mudou e a troca perdeu equilíbrio, pois o fato da Patrícia morar no local de trabalho fez com que questões pessoais afetassem a experiência.

Gabriela era rápida e dedica na limpeza e organização no primeiro mes, querendo ajudar, mas no final algumas atitudes não foram legais não conseguindo uma comunicação, deixando muito a desejar, por ela já não estar mais satisfeita, nos deixou na mão, sem um aviso prévio de sua partida

Inicialmente, fui bem recebido pela gerente, e acredito que ela gostou do meu serviço, pois solicitou para estender o prazo em mais de 10 dias. Porém, ela teve uma mudança drástica comigo, tendo a comunicação unicamente pelo WhatsApp, mesmo convivendo juntos todos os dias. Fiquei sem saber se eu havia feito algo errado. Alguns dias depois, fui expulso sem nenhum motivo, onde a mesma alegou que iriam contratar um CLT. Na minha visão, faltou profissionalismo ao lidar com o clima organizacional e gestão de pessoas. Já o lugar é lindo e o horário é respeitado. Fiz amizades também.

Vinicius se demostrou interessado a aprender as atividades no começo, e era educado com os hóspede. Mas ao decorrer do tempo não demonstrou nenhuma pró atividade, e muitas vezes quando pedíamos algo, ou nos respondia rispidamente ou dizia que não estava em seu horário, ou dizia que não conseguia fazer, sem nem ao menos tentar ou fazer algum esforço. Nunca o expulsamos, demos tempo a ele para se organizar e pedimos para nos avisar quando conseguisse, simplesmente foi embora sem avisar.
